Nubian Heritage Indian Hemp & Tamanu Review

Nubian Heritage Nubian Heritage, a natural based line brought to you by Sundial Brands, creators of Shea Moisture, has created three new natural and organic hair repair treatment collections recently launched in Whole Foods.  They use only certified organic and fair trade ingredients and their new collections have been created for thicker, curlier hair.

Here is some background on the ingredients: Oil from the Tamanu Tree is one of the main ingredients in the Nubian Heritage Indian Hemp and Tamanu Hair Care Collection.  Here are some facts about the slow-growing tree with the “miracle” nuts and the pretty, fragrant flowers.  In some of the Pacific Islands, the Tamanu Tree is considered sacred.  It only blooms twice a year.  Tamanu oil can be used as a natural topical antiseptic agent.  It has anti-neuralgic, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-biotic and anti-oxidant properties.  Here is my review on the Nubian Heritage Indian & Hemp Stregthen & Grow collection.

Indian Hemp & Tamanu Strengthen & Grow Serum - $12.99
The Indian Hemp & Tamanu Strengthen & Grow Serum is deeply moisturizing and reparative.  It's packed with all natural ingredients that are good for your hair and help it become healthy and grow naturally!  It's wonderful for frizzy, thick hair but can work for all hair types.  A little goes a long way.  You only need a dime size.  At 12.99 this hair serum is a steal.  Hair will be left feeling smooth, healthy and super shiny.  You'll love the wonderful smell too.  What's great about this healthy hair serum is it encourages new hair growth, prevents breakage by 96% and is proven to make hair 13 times stronger!  Give it a try, you won't be sorry.

Indian Hemp & Tamanu Grow & Strengthen Treatment Masque - $14.99
The Indian Hemp & Tamanu Grow & Strengthen Treatment Masque is very moisturzing and hydrating.  It's a mutli-use product and can be used as a conditioning masque, leave-in conditioner, styling aid or hairdressing.  It prevents breakage, creates stronger, healthier hair and fortifies hair for a healthy, voluminous appearance.  When used as a masque, you can really feel the healthy ingredients penetrating, healing and repairing your hair.  When used as a leave in treatment, styling aid or weekly hair masque this large tub should last at least six months, maybe even a year!

Both products are great for all hair types and perfect for thicker, dry hair.  I highly recommend you try the serum and masque.  You can purchase these natural based hair care products online or at your local Whole Foods, CVS, Wallgreens and Target stores.
