5 Simple Beauty Tips for Healthy Hair

Healthy hair is something each woman desires. Healthy hair is far better than having damaged stylish hair and so one must take good care of their tresses to get help them stay as healthy as possible. Achieving and maintaining healthy locks may seem a troublesome task but we have some
easy tips for healthy hair. We're sure these will help you keep your tresses healthy all year round:

1. Check Your Diet:
If you want to keep your hair healthy, first make sure your diet is healthy. Try to add healthy fruits, green vegies and antioxidants to your food as much as possible. A rule of thumb is to add a fruit and vegie with each meal.  Also add lean proteins and fat at regulated levels to keep your hair healthy.  Heathly fats you add in your diet include: nuts, brown rice, avocado, beans and virgin coconut oil. 

Coconut oil is one of the healthiest oils on earth and truly one of nature's miracles!  It's a natural detoxer and helps to naturally rid your body of harmful parasites and bad bacteria as well as toxins that are stored in the body.  When used on a regular basis, it helps to improve immunity, cleanse your body and will give you a healthy, natural glow from within.  To get your daily dose, you can replace butter and cooking oils and cook with coconut oil or add into smoothies, on salads and toast.

2. Use Products with SPF

3. Healthy Shampoos and Conditioners
