Miranda Kerr's Natural Beauty Secrets

Coconut oil is all the buzz in the beauty and health world, and supermodel Miranda Kerr swears by it. She attributes her super shiny hair, glowing, perfect skin, and svelte body to the results of organic, healthy living and daily use of daily coconut oil.

She recently said, "I will not go a day without coconut oil. I personally take four tablespoons per day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea."  Whatever she's doing, it's working!  Here are some more beauty secrets she lives by:
