One of my favourite things to do when I get ready for the day is add some glow to my skin and hair. A little glow just gives you that added touch, boots your self confidence and makes you look and feel good! Achieving that coveted glow can be from what you eat and the beauty and skincare products can help enhance it. I find the best way to achieve an overall glow is to start within. Which means eating right, taking whole food supplements and exercising on a regular basis to remove toxins. Here are some ways to get glowing, beautiful skin and hair - naturally. Lets start from within. Healthy Eating
Get plenty of these antioxidant rich fruits, nuts and vegetables. They enhance your glow from within and fight free radicals that causing pre-mature aging. Green tea, Berries, Carrots, Tomatoes, Avocados, Dark greens: Broccoli, Spinach and Kale, Fish: Shellfish, Tuna and Salmon, Nuts and Pomegranate.
Regular Exercise
Whether it's walking, yoga, working out at the gym or just doing an exercise video. Try to get regular exercise several times per week. Try to do something everyday if you can but if not, at least 3-5 times per week. Exercise burns fat and removes excess toxins we get from the foods we eat, the personal care products we use and our environment. Since we cannot avoid them, it's best to work them out naturally through the process of exercise and diet. It will give you a glow when you exercise on a regular basis and and an added bonus is that you'll look great and feel great too!

Choose skincare products with only a few ingredients that are non-toxic and organic. Because whatever you put on your skin is absorbed into your bloodstream and used in your body just it would be used by the foods you eat.
