Anti-Ageing Smoothie Recipe



Proper nutrition can decrease aging and increase beauty!  Here is a delicious smoothie recipe to get you started on your way to good health and cool down on those hot summer days.  Leave me a comment with your favorite smoothie recipes!

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup a├žai or mangosteen juice
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 scoop vanilla-flavored whey protein

Tip: Add a few tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil to help detox.  Garnish: whole blueberries and a sprig of fresh mint.  Add all the ingredients to blender and blend until smooth :)
