If you want to look like a princess, you need your beauty sleep.  Here's why.  Getting eight hours of quality sleep is THE best thing you can do to feel revitalized.

Research shows that aside from restoring energy (human growth hormone is primarily secreted when we're slumbering), sleep decreases pain and even helps you lose weight. So try to schedule more hours of sleep if you can or, if you have trouble sleeping, see a specialist for insomnia.
