How To Naturally Whiten Teeth


There's no question that having a nice, bright, white smile gives you more self confidence and makes you look and feel better.  So how can you whiten your teeth safely and naturally without using harmful bleaching or whitening kits?  Easy.  Just use a little baking soda! 

The process of brushing teeth with a baking soda and water has been around for a long time and is very cheap.  Baking soda can actually be very effective in removing stains and will also help to kill bacteria which causes plaque, and reduce acids which can harm tooth enamel.  Baking soda is safe to use and easily obtained. If you do use a baking soda mixture, brush gently around your gums so you don't irritate them.

All you need is a little baking soda, a bowl and some water.  Add a small amount of baking soda in a small bowl, then add a little water and mix until it becomes a paste.  Dip your toothbrush in and brush your teeth with the mixture for 2-3 minutes.  Then follow that with a with your favorite whitening toothpaste!

Another great way to naturally whiten teeth with baking soda is is to mix baking soda and peroxide together to form a toothpaste-like paste. Brush onto your teeth for 4-5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.  You can use this method as a toothpaste substitute.  Be sure not to use lemon juice or strawberries as they contain acid and can damage your teeth enamel.

    Interesting! I have tried many pastes, and a few whitening strips but had
    only marginal results. I recently found a free trial for a new kind of teeth whitener
    gel that is a pen-like applicator.I sent for the free trial and tried it. It did in fact
    whiten my teeth. I am now thinking of ordering a full supply but I wanted to check
    around for feedback first. Has anyone else tried this?

    Thanks for the post. I've always been trying to find ways on how to whiten my teeth. Though there are many teeth whitening products out there I just to find a simple solution and less cost.
